Choosing the right supplier to make your biker back patches is as important as your design. However it will not be anywhere near as affordable as making 10 or more patches or sets. Time taken to redesign your artwork, digitising and setup are all factored into your end price. So if you are making more patches then these costs become a cheaper for each patch or patch set.
