Design Preparation & Options
For best results, supply artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, TIFF, PDF) or a high-resolution raster file (JPG, PNG). Vector files allow the most flexibility. We can prepare the layout for you or provide a template.
We offer a free artwork assessment before your order. Minor fixes are included; major edits may incur a small fee.

Printed patches are available in standard sizes and can be custom made to any shape or dimensions.
Backing Options
Made on 100% polyester twill with laser-cut satin stitch or merrowed/overlocked borders. Backing options include:

Suitability & Materials

Limitations
Fabric weave may affect resolution slightly, but our process achieves 200–250 dpi, producing sharp, vibrant results that often exceed embroidery.
Gradients
Sublimation reproduces smooth gradients and colour blends with professional finish.
Materials
We use only premium polyester twill, Sawgrass sublimation inks, and high-quality heat seals for durability, washability, and colourfastness.
