Zen Promotional manufacturer custom made electrical labels and tags, electrical cabinet and switchboard labelling and identification tags for residential and electrical installations.
The Traffolyte electrical labels we use are made from very tough, high quality, USA made micro-surfaced impact modified acrylic are UV stabilised and have a 5 year rating for outdoor use. They are perfect for use in harsh conditions commercial or residential electrical environments such as statchboards, rooftop solar installations, factories and industrial applications. Our electricial labels have a flash point of 393C so they are perfect for electrical labelling where high safety requirements are needed.
Our custom made electrical tags can be used for a variety of purposes, such as safety labels, industrial tags, and ID equipment tags. You can create a unique, customised product with any text and graphics you desire. Whether they are all the same or each one has unique data such as names, serial numbers or identification marks. We are able to supply the laser labels you need and fast.

Zen Promotional manufacturer a full range of custom made Traffolyte labels and tags, electrical cabinet compliance plates and plant and equipment identification labels and tags.
The Traffolyte we use is made from very tough, high quality, USA made micro-surfaced impact modified acrylic and has a 5yr rating for outdoor use. Our customised, engraved labels are UV stabilised for long-lasting use in tough commercial environments such as factories and industrial applications. Flash point for our Traffolyte labels is 393C so they are perfect for commercial electrical labelling.

Artwork Guidelines
Free setup for formatted artwork supplied in Vector format and high resolution black & white PNG’s.
(In relation to images and graphics all black areas will be engraved)
AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, DWG, DOC, DOCX, , XLS, XLSX accepted
All Raster art to be a minimum of 600ppi
Minimum recommended line width for engraving 0.25mm.
Surcharges
Unique data per plate such as serial numbers, names, etc
$0.50 Ex GST per line/item (Eg: - Serial number + name would be an additional $1.00 per/pc Ex GST)
(Unique data must be supplied in in final format in MS Word or EXCEL)
